Eat Well, Age well
Personalised nutrition and coaching for people over 50s with the award-winning metabolic balance® programme

Do you have slowing metabolism, low energy, difficulty managing your weight?

The metabolic balance personalised nutrition can help. It's a comprehensive programme that gives you exactly what your body needs to reset your metabolism, build healthy eating habits and tackle health problems with organic food.

What is the metabolic balance programme and how can it help people over 50s?

The Metabolic balance programme is a science-based, personalised nutrition programme designed to balance an individual's hormones and metabolism to promote weight loss and overall health. It is based on the idea that different people have unique nutritional needs based on their individual biochemistry, metabolism and lifestyle. By identifying your specific needs, the plan aims to provide a tailored approach to nutrition

For people over 50s, the metabolic balance can be especially beneficial because as we age, our metabolism tends to slow down. This can make it more difficult to maintain a healthy weight and can also increase the risk of health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. By addressing these issues through a personalised nutrition plan, the metabolic balance can help support weight loss, improve overall health, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Some of the most beneficial results for clients have been lowered cholesterol levels and getting glucose levels to the recommended range.

How long does it take?

It takes 12 to 18 weeks of coaching to achieve a weight loss of up to 33 lb / 15 kg. It all works with your body's natural processes to reset the metabolism and help reduce weight.

About me

Radost Petrova

Nutrition and Well-being Coach

BA (hons), MSc, MS pgdip, CIPD

My career started in international corporate HR in London. For 10 years, I was focused on employee engagement and wellbeing. Having had a personal experience with a hectic lifestyle and a career as a priority, I know how important it is to strike a balance in your life and to prioritise not only the things that matter but also yourself. Only by prioritising yourself in a healthy way, you can be helpful to others.

In 2019, I started  the metabolic balance programme. The results were great and the new eating habits served me well during the coronavirus pandemic. So much so that I decided to set up healthyb in November 2020 to help others in their health journey.

Training:

  • HRM and Org Analysis, MSc, King's College, London 2012

  • Certified metabolic balance coach, London, November 2020

  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition, College of West Anglia, The Skills Network, London, June 2021

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Emily, GP, 62

As a doctor, I am impressed by the results. My patients  started asking where my doctor is while I am sitting right there in the room. It's a strange feeling. I not only lost the weight but also the ages off my face.

Ivo, School Teacher, 57

The programme works. I lost 15 kg in four months and have kept the weight a year after. I still follow the rules, my body knows what it needs. I keep recommending Radost to my friends and family.

John, Consultant, 54

I can thoroughly recommend Radost as a nutrition and well-being coach. I was especially grateful for the time she takes to explore my deep seated narratives about food and eating habits.
